Guidelines
All presenters are kindly ask to be in their presentation rooms 10 minutes before sessions start and to meet chairs.
Presentation Times
- Full Papers – 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
- Short Papers – 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
- Panels – 60 minutes
- Symposium – 90 minutes
- Posters – 5 minutes presentation and participation in discussion. Posters will be displayed in a foyer of the main conference hall.
- Doctoral Consortium (DC) – 10 minutes presentation.
Equipment
The Seimas provides wireless access in all halls and open spaces.
